Explorers

Explorers are aged 14 to 18 and take part in adventurous activities, projects, camps and expeditions to name a few. Find out more about the Kenley Explorer Unit at Croydon Scouting.

 

Young Leaders

At the 7th Purley Scout Group, we support the Young Leader training scheme. Our Young Leaders are also Explorers and may attend a local Explorer unit.

 

The Young Leaders’ scheme is designed to enable those aged between 14 and 18 to continue their scouting and develop their leadership skills, through being part of the leadership team in a younger section.
